What we collect
This website does not use cookies, does not track you and has no contact forms. We only receive personal information when you choose to call or email us. That is usually your name, phone number, email address and details of the car you are asking about or selling to us, including photos and the registration number.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, make an offer on a car you want to sell, and complete and record any sale. We do this because you asked us to, to carry out a sale, or because the law requires us to keep sales records.
We never sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a sale are deleted within 12 months. Records of vehicles we buy or sell are kept for 6 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it by law. Just contact us using the details above.
